Good.. Public transport many.. Near the hotel.. Around hotel many restoran.. Grocery store

The hotel is located at strategic area with easy access to city centre. The room is clean however there are areas need to improve. The bathroom is without proper hanger. The hydraulic door closer is not functioning well and the door will ban when closing. It will be dangerous to the guest when closing the door if the hand is placed at the door edge. Already complaint to the customer service and hope immediate repair will be done.

Random trip to KL. Very good location, near to many restaurants n walkable distance to LRT. Kids enjoy the swimming pool😊

Staying here for business purpose with my boss. Because near the place we want to go. Many parking available which is quite good . Beside the hotel got malay food. So you dont have to go out with car just walk.

The room and facilities were good but unfortunately I was staying on the 8th floor which was directly under the pool area which meant I could hear the functions of the pool 24/7. My last night the sounds got so loud that I had to request to move rooms. Reception moved straight away to the 5th floor with no questions asked which was great. Other than that I had no problems at all. It’s a fairly short walk from the trains too. The roof top pool was fab with wonderful views

Hotel is near to public transport just 7 minutes walk. Have public parking. Besides has restaurant. In description said there’s fridges but during stay the receptionist said fridge on maintenance.

Good location. There's a lot of restaurant around the hotel. The kaunter people service is good. Near with a lot of shopping mall. Looking forward to stay at this hotel again.

At first I was quite worried because I just booked without reading the review. But luckily the stay was OK. Only the toilet bathroom hose pipe has a defect. The entire pipe. Others are not big of a issue

By the way it was a superb Experience,All the staffs Either Boss,Management,Receptionist Or Room Cleaner are very Polite And Humble with anyone guests,

Found 2 pieces of hair on my bed and only had 1 packet of instant coffee in my room for two people. Noisy LRT trains do interrupting my sleep. Not bad for a price like this still have a small and not so clean swimming pool in the rooftop.
