Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Hygiene is too bad. It feels like a decoration from the last century. So the conditions are poor. The service is not good either. Check-in is slow and they don't allow you to check in even one minute early if you have a room. There is no elevator yet. It’s not that the room fee is non-refundable. Definitely not going to stay. Everything was average. The downside was too close to a pub. So, it was noisy at night. And the hotel staff did not take any actions to stop people from talking loudly along the corridor. In the morning, I was awaken by noisy renovations works that are happening downstairs before 10am

Location of this hotel is very good just in the Center of Bukit Bintang. Everything is good value for money, but no lift need to use stairs
