The checkin process are self check in but no need to waiting for too long. Just prepare 300 as deposit and you will get it after 1-3 days working hour after checked out. While for the room is quite big, clean and comfy. Highly recommend for those who come for vacation or outstation. The roof top have small garden to enjoy the view

I've stayed here before but not with this agency. There was cockroach in the toilet 😤 and I wiped it with my foot cloth 🤣 I don't know which one is shower gel, hand wash, shampoo. It's a mess. Check-in is self-service and fast, but you must pay attention to the deposit, you have to wait for a long time, and you will forget to get it back if you are not careful.

The experience was not that good. - If you want to book this hotel, you must communicate with the person in charge in advance to get the room number. We checked in at 3 o'clock that day and told the security guard the order number, but the security guard said that he must know the room number, otherwise it would not work. We had to ask Ctrip customer service for help. Ctrip customer service was very enthusiastic but there was no way to contact the person in charge of the hotel directly. In the end, we contacted him through WhatsApp messages (didn't answer the phone) - WI-FI was completely unusable! There was a Wi-Fi password provided, but there was no network after connecting many times. In the end, I used my own hotspot to watch TV. - The environment is actually OK and clean. But we will not book this hotel again next time😅

Overall, the hotel is good, clean and convenient. There is no lack of front desk service. The second time I booked, I wanted to check in early, but no one answered the phone. No one answered the hotel phone. If the guest has any problems, they cannot be handled in time!
