Check-in is complicated. You need to download software and communicate with the agent. The English is not easy to understand. We booked 4 one-bedroom rooms in total. The agent wanted to arrange us to live in an apartment at first. The room is not 36 square meters as mentioned on the Internet. The hygiene is worrying. No one came to take out the garbage and clean for 3 days. The whole building has a very strong perfume curry smell, but the hotel rooftop swimming pool is good, and the twin towers are not very visible. The hotel is located in a relatively central location, the same address as Fez. It takes about 7 minutes to walk to the McDonald's check-in point pavilion. It is difficult to connect to the wifi and the mobile network is very poor. Book carefully.
