A very ordinary apartment... There are only two security guards downstairs (who can only speak Malay), and Ctrip did not tell me how to check in... Very ordinary facilities, slippers are as thin as paper, hot water is not very warm, and the quilt is thin, not very clean. Stayed for two nights, and no one cleaned it.
Only the rooftop view is good, that is, the small infinity pool can see the TV tower and 1/4 of the Petronas Twin Towers. Anyway, I will not choose this place again in the future.

Location was excellent very close to the pavilion etc also walking distance to Jalan Alore which serves mainly Chinese cuisine, if you’re on a halal diet best to check with the vendors
We had a 3bed apartment it was ok, size cleanliness was all good however some small adjustments can take it to good,
- having better quality shampoo shower gel hand wash and toilet paper,
- having a hook in the bathroom to hang towel and clothes
- provide a hand towel, we used the provided bath towels
- although the apartment is well equipped with a washing machine drier etc it’s missing an iron
Overall the apartment is adequate we would stay again but bring our own toiletries

You must know English to stay at this hotel, because check-in is very troublesome. You have to ask the agent to communicate in English, and then wait for them to send the password box account number and password. After taking the card, you have to go to the front desk to enter the information before you can enter the elevator, open three doors and enter the room. You also need to pay a 200 MYR cash deposit. I waited for an hour. I don't recommend it if you don't know English.
