Loaction Good but service not good. Inside room little dust. and Room size little.

Hotel location is awesome for Chinese so many restaurants, second good street to spend time but hotel decoration and washroom is too small but staff person ayaz is very good person

Excellent. Nothing to complain. Loction good, cleanliness excellent, water pressure excellent, price is reasonable.

The hotel is clean and has fully equipped toilet amenities. Its location right inside the Alor market is unbeatable, yet the hotel is very quiet, allowing for a peaceful rest.

Never never never book this stupid hotel. First they have multiple name. Front desk are not helpful. Room is very dirty. Even they not cleared toilet. Bed is not comfortable. Very old model. They charge extra for any silly issues. Their cost similar to 3 star. But service zero star.

Though the location is awesome, heart of bukit, but the facilities and staff are below average in quality, accountability and responses

The bathroom water pressure is a bit low. But the hotel is on a great location

Not recommend at all even though the location is good. The room is old and not clean. Small insect was crawling on the floor. The review online and photo was totally different. At 12midnight to 2pm, outside of the room is noisy. The 2 ladies staffs at the counter on 5/10/2024 1pm was not friendly and the way they communicate with other customer is sarcastic. After the customer left the hotel, still talk bad about the customer at their own language with I can understand. The worst hotel I had ever stay :(

This hotel room is very small but location in nice area beside Times square of China and here is too much good people and you know complimentary only coffee no drinking or mineral water give from the hotel hotel reception have a water but we will pay

Hotel was good

The hotel counter service is a bit slow,The environment of the room is good, but the washbasin is a little dirty, like the customers who lived before got smoke marks.The location is quite good. If you want to live near bukit bintang jalan alor.
