I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days during a business trip. The facilities, furniture and appliances were all provided, so there was nothing to worry about. There were also restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which was convenient.

The house layout was wrong, so the room was too small for a family of four. I requested a room on the 11th or 12th floor before going, but I don't know if it was accepted. The person I went with was assigned a room on the 12th floor, and I was assigned to the 36th floor. It's a hit or miss, but I don't know if my previous request was accepted.
The frying pan was in the worst condition. They brought me a pan the next day, but it seemed like they didn't check the room condition in advance.

It was very convenient, the surrounding infrastructure was well-developed, and it was a new hotel, so I had a very comfortable stay in a clean and nice place!

The cleanliness of the accommodation is not good.
The floors were cleaned several times.
The shower curtain smelled really musty, and the cushions on the sofa in the accommodation were worn out, so the wooden structure touched my butt.

Second visit to the oaak suite and this time I was assigned to another type of room which is kinda of surprising me. I love how I access to 163 mall and other places in Mont kiara and the designated checkin counter is much appreciated!

Stayed for 4 nights..Service is slow check in check out took a long time.. The receptionist is unprofessional.. the booking didn't clearly said without cleaning services. Took RM 300 for deposit and charge me RM100 for dirty the bad sheet 🙄. We will never booking again. 🤬
