Attached to sunway putra mall. Very clean and comfortable hotel. Spacious with reasonable price. Definitely will come back again for stay.

I had a great experience at this hotel! The food was delicious—I ordered the steak, mamak noodles, and fish & chips, and all came in generous portions. The hospitality was excellent, with Mr. Meat and Miss Shalini being especially friendly and welcoming. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend this place!

Comfortable stay with good service. Connected to the mall with plenty of shopping and food choices.

Great location, the room was quite large and decent, but the toilet wasn’t up to par. Noticed some mold in certain areas of the toilet. 🥲. The room have a noticeable cigarette odor, but it quickly fades when the air conditioner is turned on.

Very strategic place. Easy access to mall. Very clean and comfy room. Toilet was huge. Love that the pool had a view of KLCC and KL Tower. Definitely will be coming back.

Booking on behalf of my friend. She and her family love staying here. They also like the breakfast spread prepared.

Location is convenient as there is a mall next to the hotel. Bed is comfortable! Parking is free!!

Broken door,plaster on eye hole,they remove table(use to be one).I always stay at this hotel, almost once a month and its breaking me heart to see this hotel going to drain. Its like they are down grading it.during breakfast i asked the guy to make dosay while he was cleaning scraps from cook top, he angerly pointed on scraps and ask me take those... when i said no and take pic. While i was leaving he asked me if i want a new one. I said no thanks. And there is nothing in the room where u can sit and eat, use to be a table top but its like they cut it off. I and my lovely wife come again for rest and enjoy the environment. Good staff at the gym. Easy go to mall and a lot choice a good restaurants

My baby love this hotel, covered with carpet which is wont hurt him if he fall. You can go upside to get food in mall. I just request for slice of birthday cake but they even give the deco! Absolutely would repeat staying at here. Food was good and check in staff very helpful. They say deposit required in app, but no. Nothing required.

The room was huge! Really enjoyed my stay, it's right by a shopping centre so convenient if you don't want to stray far for food etc, has good transport links with a few stations within walking distance, and just a short Grab ride away from all of the main attractions. Service was fantastic, can't fault them at all, will stay again if I return to Kuala Lumpur! 😊

Had an amazing time staying at Sunway Putra. We went to visit the batu caves among other attractions and the hotel location was perfect for me and my wife. Would definitely recommend staying here while visiting Kuala Lumpur. The mall connected to the hotel was a great place to pick up amenities and try a variety of different foods.

Had a pleasant stay. When we arrived the concierge manager Shervin directed us to the reception and Raja handled our check in. I must say Shervin has top notch customer service skills. We can feel and sense it from the way he spoke to us and how he went beyond and above to assist us with the check in as well. Raja was also pleasant to deal with. Room is generally clean. However would recommend to deep clean the fabric sofas and chairs as there were marks and stains. Overall will definitely recommend to stay here.
