First of all, thank you to the staff for the politeness and responsiveness at times. Unfortunately, we discovered pretty quickly that 2 windows were damaged and unable to be closed 😢! We had to enjoy the road noise and the rain sound for the entire stay. The staff was polite and well versed in using empathy towards the guest to try to make it less painful 😒. Unfortunately, they didn't fix anything! From Saturday to Wednesday, the windows remained broken.( I managed to close one using olive oil and muscle power 🔋 💪 🙌). I am attaching the whatsapp conversation to remain truthful. Overall, apart from that ordeal, the building and apartment shows its age and the halls and entrance to the apartment gives a prison like vibe (personal opinion of course). The interior is nice but lacks utensils and a micro wave. Also a bit old... good luck to the team in improving their services and support... they weren't able to find a repairman in 5 days! So if the toilet or something else breaks during your stay be ready to endure it...with patience and grace? Not a good experience unfortunately, expected much better.

Arrived at the apartment in the middle of the night. Communicated with the customer service in advance via WeChat. The driver couldn't find the building at first and drove around one or two times. Getting the key from the mailbox and opening the door felt like playing a level-breaking game. The room was overall very tidy and clean. For three people, the per capita area was very comfortable. Except that the shower water in the bathroom was not hot enough, everything else was very good. After getting familiar with it, the location was still very good. This is a large community with business buildings, supermarkets and serviced apartments. It is also very convenient to walk to the subway station, and you can see the landmarks from the corridor windows.
