Bai Yi Homestay V Residence (Sunway Velocity)

The location is great. There is a new large shopping mall downstairs. It only takes more than five minutes to walk along the overpass to the MRT, and it is only two stations away from Bukit Bintang. The accommodation space is spacious and clean. It is worth mentioning that the bed and quilt are very soft and comfortable. There is a viewing area on the top floor of the residence, where you can enjoy the night view not far away, which is great. The customer service staff followed up and assisted immediately, which was very heartwarming. I will stay here again next time I come to Kuala Lumpur. Highly recommended ~

Advantages: It feels like a relatively new building, with a department store next to it. There is an emergency department in the same building complex (although most people don't need it most of the time, but it's better than nothing), and there are also many restaurants. If you don't want to look for special food, Times are good. Disadvantages: Cleaning is not serious. The kitchen was not cleaned at all when I checked in. It was full of cooking dirt from the previous residents. The entire stove and kitchen appliances were stained with oil. I suspect that the previous residents had fried French fries, even the ones in the drawer. The knives were all oily. Although the B&B management arranged for someone to clean them the next morning, it still shortened my outing time. There are two packs of disposable toilet covers placed symbolically in the toilet. How can I rent them for 4 days? The wash basin was also dirty and the cleaning was sloppy. There is only a circle of toilet paper and a pack of removable paper towels in the whole house. I understand that if you put too much toilet paper, the tenant may take it away, but what if there are no spare parts at all? However, the sheets should have been changed and at least checked to see that there was no hair left.
