I think perfect place to stay klcc is just by walk distance and food as well i would recommend to stay here

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING 🚫❗️This is by far the WORST trip I ever had in KL. I didn't expect much but it should not be categorized under hotel at all. (1) The check-in process was RIDICULOUS. You had to wait for the caretaker to meet in a parking lot outside the premises AS IF YOU ARE DOING SOMETHING ILLEGAL. LUGGAGES CANNOT BE SEEN ENTERING THE PREMISES so they had to use a lalamove car to bring the luggages while the rest of the group walk into the building. (2) They will bug you to BANK TRANSFER the deposit of 200MYR but would forget to give you the passcode to the door. THE LOBBY AND THE AISLES GOING TO THE UNIT ARE SMALL AND THERE'S BARELY ANY SIGNAL. (3) The unit is not well-maintained and it's as if the sheets weren't changed because there's STAINS. Visible stains. BROWN STAINS. The toilets smell like urinw even if we just came and it's really not a welcoming place to stay. (4) When they bug you to transfer the deposit, THERE'S SOMEBODY KNOCKING ON THE DOOR, not just plain knocking but HARD KNOCKS. I didn't dare open the door but asked/shout to whoever's outside. No response. I messaged the people in charge but THERE WAS NO RESPONSE OR EXPLANATION. There isn't any cctv in the premises, so dangerous for female travellers like us. (5) The checkout process was also upsetting. They made us leave the ONE AND ONLY KEYCARD on the table so we had to go to the lobby and exit from another door because you would need the keycard to exit the lobby. (6) No amenities in tower B. Even the way to the rooftop/top floor is pitch dark as if you're in an apocalypse movie. (7) I bank transferred the deposit with all the forex charges charged to me. They returned the deposit to me but THEY DEDUCTED THE TRANSFER FEE TO ME. Very bad service. In conclusion, I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PREMISES AGAIN NOR I RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY HERE. I've been in a few places in KL and if the hotels have not been fully booked, I would not stay here. VERY VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE 🤮🤬

Booked total of 3 units and each unit given one access card. Suitable for family that in and out together. Not suitable for group with own time own target. One of them have to wait door. Check in point is another apartment next to it. Check out will carry an inspection from 10.30am. Any regulation beached deposit will be forfeited.
