we took a room with a window - it turned out that it overlooked the back of a large advertising billboard, you can't see the street. However, this is a small thing, there is no point in sitting in the room, especially with such a location of the hotel :)
upon check-in we discovered that there was renovation going on on the first floor of the hotel, and accordingly there is no lobby at all.
However, the staff compensated us for this inconvenience by allowing us to check out late (2.5 hours later) without extra charge.
The location of the hotel in the center of Chinatown compensates for all its shortcomings.
We will gladly stay again.
