Beautiful place, amazing lobby, people very friendly and easy approach,And walking distance to te pavilion shopping centre and to klcc Food my God, brekkie and dinner so so good , room a big size, definitely I will back to the royale chulan.teramakasi..God bless the people working there.

Toilet and room door locks were faulty . TV services were limited just to local channels when the other time clearly we had access to YouTube and other media platforms. Plastic bags were not given us to throw our rubbishes & lastly the washing machine was so difficult to use.

This is the second time we booked this hotel caused we really had a great time there the first time and this time, it’s even better cause it has brand new shopping centre next to it, amazing!

My second stay in this hotel. The plus point of selecting this hotel is that it is very near to KLCC where my office is. Another plus point is the check in process is very quick and the counter person is polite and helpful. Now the not so good points. First is that this hotel is old but I don’t mind old as long as it is clean. The bath towels in my room came with some stain on them. Nothing too alarming but still, stains! The shower gel provided was only one small bottle and it’s used up in a single bath. I did not bother to call house keeping as I was tired from work and just wanted to rest. There are face soup which i eventually use for shower. The safe in my room ran out of power. Again I was too lazy to call and wait for house keeping. As I did not intend to leave my room for the rest of the evening, i just let it be. Just wondered, why can’t housekeeping just check after every guest check out? My room booking came with breakfast and the food is really not that good. So if you are thinking to pay for breakfast in hotel, don’t!!! You can get so much nicer and cheap food by the mamak restaurant just next to the hotel.

I recently stayed at the Oakwood Hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Despite the affordable price, the quality of the room exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly. Additionally, the location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and public transport. Overall, Oakwood Hotel is a fantastic choice for budget-conscious travelers who don't want to compromise on quality. Highly recommended!

This is my 2nd time staying here. The hotel and service didn't disappoint me. The staff is friendly and helpful from the frontliners, the in-room service and cleaners. I enjoyed my time at the spa. The location is within walking distance to KLCC & Pavilion. I will come back again.

The location was the first factor to choose Dorsett and no disappointment. Just minutes walking to Pavillion and the whole stretch of malls n shops. Very clean and comfortable stay. Service excellent. Actually had a last minute request for birthday decorations but they couldn’t do it due to time constraints but still provided complimentary cakes as kind gesture. Awesome customer service at reception. Sure to return when visiting KL.

Location is very close to Jalan Alor Street food and about 10 minutes walk to Pavillion. There’s no proper food path in some areas so at night when it’s crowded with many cars, it’s very difficult to walk back to the hotel and can take much longer. We had a deluxe room which is quite spacious. The layout could be better improved to create more space in the room. However the desk and fridge cupboard is positioned in the middle of the room making the room much smaller. Breakfast was varied and always crowded so go earlier to secure a table. The gym is in a room with no windows so it feels like a dungeon. We didn’t use the pool as it’s next to the breakfast restaurant and not very big. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I had a fantastic experience at Berjaya Times Square Hotel. The check-in process was seamless, and the front desk team was friendly and efficient. I wasn't informed that breakfast is vegetarian! They should inform guests upon check-in. The room was spacious with a sofa and luggage area. I particularly appreciated the luxurious bedding,bath tub, well-stocked minibar. They restocked the minibar everyday! The titbits and drinks were very nice! The hotel's location was ideal, close to the heart of KL - Bukit Bintang and of course, Berjaya Times Square is connected to the hotel. I would recommend Berjaya Times Square to anyone looking for a blend of luxury, comfort, and accessibility. But you may want to consider the vegetarian breakfast buffet.
