Changed my preferred accommodation for my weekly meeting in KL to this place due to the Christmas hectic situation in my usual stay. Felt in love instantly. Serene. Easy to park. Close enough to shops and eateries. Spacious room. The room has good insulation as well. My neighbors mostly groups and families and the noises didn't penetrate my room. Lift was a bit hit and miss at block C. The receptionists were lovely both for morning and evening shifts..

Super love this apartment. The room is very luxurious and comfortable. The toiletries smell amazing. Love that its within walking distance to KLCC and even the Aquaria which my kids enjoyed. Theres a minimart downstairs where we bought drinks and snacks to munch in the room. Only downside is the breakfast. Not much variety and the nuggets served were cold.

KL Sentral
I had a horrific experience staying here. To be fair, let me share what’s good about this place: 1. Close to KL Sentral station (5-7 mins walk) 2. Very friendly and helpful staffs 3. Spacious gym and sufficient equipment 4. Sound proofing rooms 5. Water pressure and comfortable bed and pillows 6. They have filtered water in the room What ruined the entire stay was the centralised aircon!!! We were assigned 2203 and tried adjusting the room temperature but it did not work, we were freezing and called the engineer to check and was told that the room was 17 degree although the control panel was showing 25! He made some adjustments and told us to wait for 10 mins but after 15 mins the room was still freezing cold. We requested for a room change and had to shift luggage and room at 11:40pm (the staff was very helpful though). After changing to 1702, the first night was okay but the room has a very strange curry smell. It was not a deal breaker so we endured the smell. But the second night when we were back and tried adjusting our room temperature to 25 degree it did not work again! I tried wearing two layers of clothes and couldn’t take it anymore and called them at 2am. The wind was blowing directly to my head and I couldn’t even sleep. There were issues with the aircon system (they use chilled water instead of gas) and the technician spent 30 mins to troubleshoot and resolved the temperature and wind direction issue. Finally I could sleep at 3am but it was such a horrific experience! My 2 out of 3 nights stay were ruined because of the aircon issue!! On top of that, we wanted to use their shuttle service on Sunday but was told that their car was sent for servicing and it’s not available. Asked the staff if the shuttle service will be available the next day but was told to check again the next day as they can’t confirm. Will definitely not go back again or recommend to any friends or family to stay there. There’s no nice restaurants nearby (mostly Indian food) and 7-11 is located 6 mins walk from hotel (nearest one only opens during office hours).

Overall very nice and spacious mini apartment with good facilities like cooking utensils , washing machine ! However the pool at 6th floor doesn’t get much sun light , suggest u go to level 99 pool with Klcc view it’s much more peaceful Rmb to request pool towel from lobby , u can’t get it elsewhere near the pool

China Town
Actually will be giving at the most 3 stars rating overall but because of 1 thing the hotel did just for me, opening the projector area for me alone to watch live English premier league match. The guest room TV offers only basic channels, so checked where I can watch and later found out the hotel restaurant has cable channels showing football matches. Breakfast is not buffet style and can only choose 1 set option with drink. This is not really a 4 star hotel which most websites and google map stated, at the most only 3 stars. Luckily I did not pay 4 stars hotel rate. Don't think will be going back there as location is also not really near to chinatown in terms of walking distance.
