**Title:** ”Complicit in Police Deception - Gross Violation of Guest Privacy” **Rating:** ★☆☆☆☆ **Review:** I was unlawfully detained due to this hotel's active participation in a police sting operation involving deliberate deception. On April 20, hotel staff *falsely claimed a smoke alarm* to gain entry to my room, later admitting this was done at police request without a proper warrant (see attached email from GM Chris Moore). Key failures: 1️⃣ **Fraudulent Entry** - Staff lied about a fire hazard, a potentially dangerous misuse of safety protocols 2️⃣ **Privacy Violation** - Granted police room access without verifying the legality of their request 3️⃣ **Guest Endangerment** - Facilitated an interrogation that led to my wrongful arrest The GM's response confirms they: • Knew police had no warrant initially • Instructed staff to deceive me • Failed to protect guest rights I warn all guests: This property will *sacrifice your safety* to appease authorities. Their ”luxury” branding masks shocking disregard for basic rights. They even instructed me to close case and end the matter.

The breakfast was an upset. Not much varieties. The juice selections were diluted and those smoothies, fruits and yogurt were not fresh too. My pillow still got long hair once I arrived, the lightbulb in the room was blinking too. Bathroom was slippery, maybe the previous guest shower and the housekeeper never wash the floor properly. The electrical outlet was with a noise which was very so annoying. Buzzing sound My room door was out of battery during my stay too which I was not be able to enter my room. My room key can even access to wrong floor which leads me to another floor. On a good side, the room service satay was good. Bed and blanket are comfortable. Front desk staff are welcoming, greet every time we passed by.

The first time I enjoyed having a lot of activities inside the hotel facilities floor, so far this floor can enjoy playing badminton 🏸, variety of choices of chest ，ping pong table, kids room quiet big and kids enjoying playing, apart from that , the gym room is well maintained and I do enjoying exercise inside gym room. The room is comfortable and I love the bed and pillows, so comfortable and comfy , the bathtub is well maintained, it is clean very well, good job. Surprisingly they provide drinks and it's free , thanks to the hotel's provide such as a good service. The location is perfect just connecting with the mall and walkable to the hotel by using a short cut at Victoria secret shop then turn left then you walk straight and you will see the hotel cafe. If you walk from outside after Chagee you will see Le Meridien putrajaya hotel just there. Seafood buffet it's perfect but just hope manager can educate their staff because due to the poster there listed in house guest got 20% and 2 adult paid and kids eat free, but staff say don't have this promotion until Manager come out, then they only allowed this promotion, just hope this hotel also take note about this.Other than that, seafood and all buffet it's super nice and fresh too. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are coming to Putrajaya, convenient, perfect seafood buffet
