Tanjung Jara Resort is one of my favorite places to stay, and I’ve checked in multiple times because of its exceptional service and overall experience.

Environment: The hardware conditions of the room, gym, and swimming pool are all good, very quiet, and very suitable for lying down.
Facilities: The air conditioner in the room is a bit too loud, and it is still very loud at the lowest air volume, the light of the table lamp in the room will keep flickering, and the faucet in the bathroom is very loose, and it takes a long time to turn it before water comes out.
Service: The front desk service is good, but it did not actively introduce the courses that can be experienced in the park. I watched other groups of guests listening to the introduction, and then we didn't hear it.
Hygiene: There are spider webs on the windowsill of the bathroom in the room, and there are many fruit flies on the breakfast bar.

I had an enjoyable stay! From 1 night we extended another night at TJR. We absolutely loved the excellent services and hospitality given by the staff. We booked a Bumbung Room but was upgraded to Anjung Room which was a major love. The view was stunning and we appreciate the privacy. We had the whole adult pool to ourselves. Dinner at Atas Sungei Restaurant was top notch. Chef Ann and Kak Maz were so attentive and very friendly. We enjoyed the food as well! Thank you! The receptionist named Liza was helpful too. We definitely will be back!
Ps: Pls check on lizards dropping near windows in the toilet, found many of them. Thanks

The room is very good, with two beds, and I stayed with two kids. My daughter especially likes the small bed with bed curtains. There are also two desks, and the two kids can do their homework on the left and right.
The bathroom is super large and fully equipped.
I especially want to mention that the hotel service is superb. Every hotel staff is very friendly to the guests and responsive. The service quality and level are very high. This is the most satisfactory accommodation and service during my vacation in Malaysia. The front desk guy is great. He actively helped me coordinate the room for renewal. The cleaning guy delivered water and bath towels many times, and the room was cleaned quickly and well.
The water quality of the swimming pool is also very good.
The breakfast is delicious, with a single breakfast a la carte, and the quality exceeds expectations. It is no problem to take the kids to swim and climb in the resort hotel⛰, participate in hotel activities, and stay for 3-4 nights. It is very comfortable.

Beautiful facility, clean rooms
Resort is very well maintained and clean
Staff is very nice
Direct beach access. And we liked everything very much.
Just the location, there is nothing to see near the resort. The food is unfortunately very expensive and not very good quality. But there is no way to eat outside the resort and hence the high prices.
