Good location, easy to travel. The front desk staff, including the bellboy and the driver, take good care of customers. Ask customers where they are going and provide delivery service, except for the housekeeping department. The room was not complete. Called to ask for more items, but they accepted the job and did not come to refill. They informed us at 3 pm and woke up at 5 pm and they still did not come. Called to follow up again, said they did not know who accepted the job. Disappeared for almost an hour. Just brought the items in the room. The breakfast was terrible. Came down at 9 am. Almost all the food was gone. Milk with cereal had a strange sour taste. Wanted to eat a fried egg, said they could not make it in time, only got fried eggs. The food in the food line was all gone. Said the time was up and they did not make more. Is this okay? Even though there was 1 hour left to eat and the customers just came down. The breakfast was like sharing food, not worthy of the word buffet. Some people only got coffee with fried eggs, some only got sausage and coffee. As for us, we got noodles and coffee. Everyone woke up early and expected to eat because they bought a room with breakfast. They should have eaten delicious food, not woke up feeling bad like this. I would like to improve the service more than this.
