Upon checking in on the 24 April, we confirmed our booking with Donika and she advised that breakfast was included. Our room allocated was 209. The first problem we encountered was a loud banging noise coming from the wall heater on the evening of the 25 April. To resolve this problem we were told to change rooms and we were moved to room 307, a smaller room. This was very inconvenient as we had to pack our bags and move ourselves. When we checked out on the morning of 26 April, we were charged for breakfast for two mornings for two people. When we questioned the receptionist we were told that Donika was new and she made a mistake in saying to us that breakfast was included. This is totally unsatisfactory and we expect a refund of the charges made for the two breakfasts, we are still waiting. At no point was there any mention of the cost of the breakfast, that they charged us CHF32 per person per breakfast. Completely unsatisfactory

Der geniale Aussichtspunkt mit kulinarischen italienischen Gerichten oberhalb von Luzern. Chillen und geniessen das Lebenselixier eines Jeden. Schönes Ambiente und freundliche Bedienung. Tolle Zimmer und ein unvergesslicher SPA

Tolles Personal und sehr schönes Hotel, Essen im Restaurant war absolut klasse und auch hier top personal. Einziger Punkt den ich bemängeln muss war das Frühstück, personal total überfordert, Rührei war leer und wurde auch nicht aufgefüllt, erst nach dem nachfragen. Kaffe dauerte ewig. Wenn man das noch in den Griff bekommt ist es absolut spitze. Möchte das nicht als Reklamation sehen sondern als Ansporn was zu verändern.

Unfortunately, this was not a good experience. The room was ok, though so warm that we had to keep the windows open all night in spite of the very rainy and windy weather. We had to ask for the kettle, even though they list it as a standard amenity. There was a disturbing noise when we arrived, the staff solved that issue (without explaining what the noise was). There was a party right underneath our room with loud music. When we asked the staff said this would finish at 10 pm. At 10:45 pm we spoke with the manager and he told us it would be over in 15 minutes. At 11.45 PM it actually stopped. And we tried to calm down.. THen it turned out that one can hear the neighbours very well. Our neighbours appeared to enjoy each other very actively the entire night. At 6 am I we were still awake and we decided to leave as we couldn't stand it anymore. Obviously, we won't be coming back, even though the location is rather nice.

We loved the hotel - incredible view, great restaurant and excellent service during our stay. The reason for the one star is that they charged us twice - once to our credit card that we checked out with and once to our other credit card (used to hold the room reservation). I sent them proof of both showing the different Visa numbers they charged and yet they are still saying we were only charged once. It has completely spoiled our stay there and we cannot recommend it at all. So many emails and follow up its not worth the effort staying there.

Nous avons réservé une chambre normale vue sur lac, la 306. Belle chambre mais salle de bain trop petite. Le rideau se coince dans la porte chaque fois et si on ouvre la fenêtre du balcon, on n'arrive plus à ouvrir la porte de la salle de bain. Nous avons diner un soir au restaurant. C'était bon mais sans plus mais surtout trop cher. Petit déjeuner très moyen, des croissants tous secs, pas de pain frais et pas de pain du tout le lendemain !! Ils ont oublié !! Le village n'est pas loin, ils auraient pu aller en acheter. Un petit déjeuner sans pain, c'est très moyen. Nous avons transmis notre étonnement quant à la grandeur de la salle de bain. La réceptionniste nous a dit qu'effectivement certaines chambres sont plus petites mais qu'il aurait fallu le dire quand nous sommes arrivés car il y avait des chambres de libres. Dans ce cas, pourquoi ne pas remplir d'abord les chambres un peu plus grandes avant les autres. Sinon, l'emplacement est très bien, belle vue, belle terrasse, parking gratuit. Dommage pour ces quelques petites couacs qui nous font mettre que 3 étoiles au lieu de 4.

Wunderschönes Hotel, super Aussicht, feines Essen, Hotelteam mit Herz Ein Ort an dem man verwöhnt wird! Ein Anlass mit 70 Gästen und alle waren hell begeistert. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch

La situation de cet hôtel est grandiose. Le restaurant est très correct. La chambre avec vue extraordinaire sur le lac possède une literie délicieuse. Le personne est très agréable, mais on sent un manque de professionnalisme, qui ne porte pas à conséquence. Par contre, nettoyer la terrasse au Karcher tôt un samedi matin, n'est pas vraiment une bonne idée pour le confort des clients.

Un bel hôtel refait , avec des espaces collectifs de très bonne qualité : terrasse extérieure , restaurant , avec une vue dominante fabuleuse. Chambre supérieure correcte, avec balcon vue sur les lacs. Il est dommage que le niveau de service ne soit pas à la hauteur : petit déjeuner basique, viennoiseries recuites, voire absentes, rien de frais, ni en salé ni en sucré. Très peu de personnel. Pas d attention ni de personnalisation. C est dommage.
