Очень симпатичный, уютный, чистый отель! Останавливались тут на одну ночь по дороге в Абрау. Обедали в ресторанчике в отеле, кухня на высоте! Завтрак шведский стол вполне достойно. Очень большой плюс расположение отеля, до парка Краснодар и японского сада 20 минут пешком, а мы заехали в Краснодар именно ради него )) Очень понравилось что для ребенка в отеле была отдельная кровать а не раскладушка! Осталось чудесное впечатление от Краснодара, парка и отеля Троя! Всем спасибо ☺️

Бронировали через ТВИЛ на двоих с завтраком 5700 (октябрь) Отель не рекомендую в целом Плюсы: -Локация (рядом парк, магазины, остановка) -Вкусные завтраки (большой выбор) -Чистая постель, белые полотенца, халаты и тапочки Минусы: -Обслуживание на нуле, персонал абсолютно безэмпатичны, никакой приветливости. -При заселении пришлось самой задавать вопросы где во сколько завтрак и прочее. Когда об этом должны рассказать сразу! -Тараканы🪳 в номере, на ресепшен не урегулировали вопрос должным образом: после возвращения в номер увидели только что вынесли пакет с мусором, даже не протерли поверхности, не помыли чашки, не сменили косм.наборы. Никакой скидки/комплимента за инцидент! С этим будет разбираться Роспотребнадзор. - нет кулера для набора чайника, а чайник есть - сильная слышимость дороги, разговоры соседей (чихание и кашель в соседних номерах в том числе) - низкая скорость интернета: телевизор с ютубом вы не посмотрите. - ни в номере ни на ресепшн не сказали пароль от вай фай пришлось звонить - бассейн это за доп плату, не верьте отзывам про включенный 1 час

Для семейного путешествия, замечательно. Наличие подземного паркинга порадовало. Завтраки разнообразные. Персонал вежливый, доброжелательный. Интересный дизайн номеров. Цена за номер, учитывая современные тенденции, очень умеренная. Зарубежном отель такого уровня обошёлся намного дороже. Персоналу отеля большое спасибо.

Очень приветливый персонал, готовый окружить по настоящему домашней заботой и вниманием!!! Хорошие чистые номера, звукоизоляция у меня не вызвала вопросов и очень тихий номер у меня был.В отеле есть бассейн, огромный плюс, что если вы туда пошли(по предварительной записи), то будете там только вы, весь бассейн( он небольшой) и сауна только в вашем распоряжении!!!

Прежде чем ехать в данный отель- прочтите отзыв!!!!!Самое что хорошее в этом отеле , так это подземная парковка, на этом все! Сам отель морально устарел, номера старые, вся сантехника в ванной комнате обшарпанная, с обилием налёта, номер пыльный , не знаю кому повезло, что у них чистота и убирали , мы не попали на акцию щедрости: первый день убрали, второй даже некто не пришёл , чтобы принести воду , не то что убраться! Если у Вас плохо с мобильным инетом то на вечно отваливающийся Wi-Fi особо не рассчитывайте! На ресепшене, смотря видимо на какую смену попадёшь, день нормальная смена, второй день такое впечатление , что гость обязан чем-то… В данный момент при заселении будьте готовы к ремонтным работам, которые ведутся в параллель с живущими гостями, работы в полный рост с перфораторами с утра и пылью ! Сама задумка отеля хорошая и может Отель и был в какие-то времена чистым и доброжелательным , но в данный момент это не так! Если рейтинг был бы меньше единицы, то 0.5 самое-то !

Отель на твердую 3. Не свежий. Номер просторный (312), но над ним вытяжки и постоянный гул. Не советую брать этот номер и соседний 313. В номере также несвежий запах, похоже, курили раньше в нём. Полотенца также имели запах несвежий. Вся ванная комната требует, конечно, ремонта и более тщательной уборки (волосы и др после предыдущих жильцов). Завтрак вполне сносный - каша, порошковый омлет, какие-то сосиски, оладьи, можно капучино заказать. Отель выигрывает приятным отзывчивым персоналом, всем сотрудникам на ресепшен спасибо.

Бронировали номер в феврале. Все очень понравилось, в номерах тепло и чисто. Вкусные завтраки, отзывчивый персонал. В проживание входил час посещения СПА комплекса, там тоже все очень понравилось. Большой бассейн, чистая и тёплая водичка.
