Wij hebben een niet zo’n goede ervaring met deze accommodatie (huisje nr 222). Allereerst was er geen verlichting in 1 van de slaapkamers, zat de kraan in de keuken los, was er lekkage in de badkamer en een afgebroken poot van het bed. Hiervoor kwam direct na het melden een klusjesman die het direct heeft opgelost, dat was heel prettig. Verder verblijven wij hier 3 weken, waarbij we enkel 1 theedoek en 1 vaatdoekje hebben gekregen, handdoeken zijn oud en met bleekvlekken en beddengoed is er ook niet extra, ook de douchematjes waren al smerig bij aankomst. Tussentijds wassen van linnengoed moet je zelf verzorgen bij een Laundry service. Daarbij was er ook maar 1 wc-rol aanwezig, een ranzige wc borstelhouder, sponsjes of een afwasborstel waren niet aanwezig en moesten zelf worden gekocht. Ook is er geen waterkoker, dus thee zetten moet met een pannetje, terwijl er dan wel weer een blender staat. Kortom een groot gebrek aan basis spullen en geen luxe/frisse uitstraling. Om positief te eindigen, de bedden sliepen prima en de douches waren ook goed.

Via *********** hebben wij hier een 'luxurious apartment' geboekt. Verhuurder 'VRHost', met daarachter Hosteeva in de VS. Eenmaal aangekomen bleek er geen receptie en met moeite hebben we een beheerder gevonden die ons appartement nog moest schoonmaken. Na 2,5 uur wachten op een terras met dierenpoep, kwamen we in ons appartement dat volstrekt niet leek op enige foto op de website. Alle foto's op de website zijn van het gedeelte van het resort dat aan de kust ligt. Ons appartement lag in het deel dat meer landinwaarts ligt. Ons appartement had ruime slaapkamers met airco, maar kaal ingericht. Mooie badkamer maar 's morgens geen warm water. Een basic keuken met roestige koelkast. Een kleine woonkamer met matige rotanstoelen. Een donker terras, aan de weg, met de restanten van de bouw van de bar die tegen het appartement aan komt, tussen de cactussen gegooid. Naast basic pannen en koffiezetapparaat was er niets dat ook maar enigszins luxe aanvoelde. We hebben zelf afwasmiddel en spons en zo moeten kopen. En dat voor bijna 400 dollar per nacht. Schandalig! Het zwembad in ons deel van het resort was prima, maar geen restaurant, geen zeezicht, niets. Dat hoort bij het andere deel. Mocht je dus boeken, let aub op waar je boekt. Doe het niet via *********** en Hosteeva. Naar we hebben begrepen heeft TUI wel appartementen in het mooie gedeelte van dit resort.

Delightful, classic resort, these lovely cottages take you back in time (fully updated). 2 BR, 2 bath, each with separate access to full deck. Mature landscaping, classic furnishings. Quiet, swimming pools are great. Within walking distance of multiple outstanding snorkel/dive sites. Spectacular ocean view & sunset.

Good location if you don't mind being outside Kralendijk. It's on the way to dive sites like 1000 Steps and Karpata. Quiet surroundings. The Carribbean club has new owners and they are working to get things up to scratch. The apartments are basic and were missing some basic kitchen utensils. No coffee, tea, salt or pepper was provided. We stayed for 10 days and did not get any cleaning or change of towels. The bathroom was renovated recently and the bed was comfortable. There is no longer a Dive shop on site and the restaurant is closed. There is no reception. Owners are usually responding quick. Hopefully the new owners will continue with their improvements and open the restaurant soon.

Super relaxte sfeer bij de bar, heerlijke muziek en een vriendelijke barman die de tijd neemt om cocktails uit te leggen. Het dessert was heerlijk !! Je wordt lekker ontzorgt en komt nooit zonder drinken te zitten omdat ze een goed oog hebben voor de klant en de service
