We had planned to stay for two nights, but the flight to Hungary was changed from evening to 8am, so we ended up staying for one night. However, the hotel was close to tourist attractions and we were able to see everything in two days, which was convenient. And best of all, the owner was kind. After I had confirmed the pick-up time for the city tour the night before, he didn't notice that I had received an email about the time change, and when I told him that the pick-up time hadn't arrived in the morning, he negotiated with the tour company and I was able to join the next tour without any problems. The city was lovely, and we are grateful for the owner's response. Thank you very much.

There are people who post door codes and passcodes in the reviews section of Google Maps, so it's better to look there. I arrived around 22:30 at night and tried to check in. However, although it says that the front desk is open 24 hours a day, the staff only live there, and they won't come unless you call or at least email them in advance. I happened to have another guest help me, and I was able to call the staff and find my bed. The bed wasn't that bad, but the electricity went out in the middle of the night, so I couldn't charge my phone and the bathroom light wouldn't turn on. Honestly, I can't recommend it even to people who stay overnight without meals, but the Wi-Fi is stable, so I can only rate it for that. The price is not that cheap (in my case it was about 1900 yen), so the cost performance is also terrible.

My roommate told me how to open the lock, the hotel didn't tell me anything. Also, the toilet was broken and the floor was cracked.

It was only after I left the place that I had the courage to make real comments: This accommodation is on the second floor of a residential building. When we arrived in the afternoon, a man opened the door. When we stepped into the door, we saw that the interior was dilapidated and very scary. When the door was closed, it was completely dark without any lights. You had to turn on your mobile phone light to guide the way. Only on the way up to the second floor did a faint light with an automatic switch come on. The environment was unsettling, and you had to rely on your courage to enter and exit at night. Entering the room, I found that the three single beds in this triple room were arranged more tightly than the dormitory beds, and the total area with bathroom and toilet was only about 15 square meters, so I immediately asked the staff to check whether this was the three-person room with 35 square meters in the order. Room? Without saying a word, he called another man and asked me to talk to him. The man initially insisted that the room was only 35 square meters. I asked him to take a look, and he reasoned that there are many other hotels to manage now. I had to come at night, and they said that because I arrived at four o'clock in the afternoon, the 35-meter room would be given to someone else. Yours was randomly assigned, and it was this one (I need to find TRlP to verify this order when I return to Hong Kong?). I didn't see the employee or the person in charge from that day to the evening, so I couldn't follow up. I wanted to pursue the case right away, but I was afraid that I might encounter him who wouldn't treat him well at other accommodations. When I made the reservation, I was informed that this room had no air conditioning. However, when it was 28 degrees Celsius that afternoon, I asked the staff if I wanted to borrow a fan, but there was no one. I also saw that this room did not have heating equipment. Maybe it will be ready before the cold winter, right? The most outrageous thing about this room is that the bathroom and toilet are in a separate subdivided room in the room. There are no windows. They are in the corner of the room, far away from the windows. There is no water level on the ground inside, and there is no exhaust equipment. If anyone defecates, , just for people in the same room to share it for a long time, how could there be such a knowing design? Everyone should choose carefully, be careful!

I stayed in a 6-person mixed dormitory room. There were two bunk beds and two single beds. There was a toilet, shower and sink, but it wasn't very clean. I only used it to sleep from around 11pm to 5am, so it was enough for me. I think it was worth the price. The managers were all very kind and gentle. They let me use a locker with a lock when I asked. However, the only difficult part was right after I arrived. I needed a password to enter the building where the dormitory was, and I didn't know how to get in because I wasn't given the password. However, the manager told me to call him, so it was fine. It was pitch black when you enter the building, but if you go in and go up the stairs on the left, you'll find the reception. It was a good trip. Thank you.

Great location. Besides, it's cold (heating turned off), dirty and unpleasant. We survived one night ok, but we definitely won't come back

It's OK for one night

A pretty decent place for a cheap bed while travelling. We paid an extra 70€ for a private room and had no serious complaints. Beds comfy however seemed to be smaller than your usual single bed. The member of staff who checked us in (didn’t catch his name, just that he was from the Philippines) was lovely, and more than happy to help us. The perfect location too, only 5 mins walk from the centre of the old town. We were apprehensive after reading other reviews but were pleasantly surprised when we stayed. Would highly recommend to anyone just looking for a cheap bed for a few nights however we only used it for a bed for a few hours at night, and didn’t really spend much time there otherwise.

Poor hotel do not stay here . Mold in shower / broken bed base/ windows didn't close properly/ wires hanging out of ceiling/ poor lighting/ no 24 reception/ rude owner when asking a question had to stay out all day because the thought of going back was horrible. Would have of been better stay at a hostel. Was meant to be a nice get away but was just a nightmare definitely had a big impact on the hole holiday. You don't expect to stay somewhere like this . I would even give it a one star 🌟

Arrived late- no one in reception - knocked on door facing reception polish women told us to go away. Got in touch with holiday provider - who sent us the hotel owner phone number- he made us travel to a different hotel across the neighbourhood and we had to walk 20 mins in the dark late at night! He waited at the door and demanded 600 zlotys as a deposit as we were English! Was very rude & angry towards us and of course if you check all the other negative reviews he doesn’t acknowledge any wrongdoing and does not know anything about accountability! Then also followed us in the room and took photos of the room before we even put our luggage down! The rooms were still under construction I would not let my dog sleep in here! There was electrical wires poking out the walls in every room, crack in the mirror. It felt like a jail cell than a hotel. Key code was faulty so rang him for help he just told me to “use it properly” and said I was “stupid”.

I was very happy with my stay! Zoltan, the owner (appears gruff at first but he's actually lovely). And as for Joseph the asian worker he a total sweetheart. The location is the best. Literally 5 minute walk to the left was the old town. Theres a big shopping galleria 5 minute walk to the right. Rooms were clean, sheets changed, bins emptied, etc. It was my first time traveling solo so i as a bit skeptical but had always wanted to see Auschwitz etc. I was placed in room one with 2 other solo female travellers. Jenny was from Australia and Wemmy from Taiwan. I was up and out in day trips most days so it was the perfect location for the days i wasn't for wandering about the old town and jewish quarter etc.

Horrible hostel... - no reception. All day no reception.... - rude dismissive cleaning lady...."checks" you in..... speaks only russian and polish. -horrible rooms -horrible cheap noisy ikea wood beds.... The beds are made of wood. Anybody moves there is bed noises, creak and crack. all night..... everybody hears.... -Creepy place -Unacceptable kitchen. Why not renovate kitchen too? rooms are renovated. Warning! - Cleaner lady lives in the hostel, in the kitchen...room. Very weird situation. - Cleaner woman demands cold door be open always. Why? eat and freeze? Very cold to eat in kitchen. So weird. - she smokes in the balcony so there is tobacco smoke in kitchen also. totally.... -The owner is very rude. I STRONGLY think he might be a racist too. Openly dislikes blacks and asians.
