After booking the hotel and going to the reception we found out that the pool was closed, we chose this hotel only and exclusively because of the pool and spa area .. I asked the deputy manager to cancel the reservation free of charge because that was how it was booked but until midnight the previous day .. I also asked if I could get a voucher for future use, or if I could solve this problem in some other way, she definitely, without discussion said no. I think everything is possible and it's just a matter of kindness, however the "deputy manager" turned out to be a mean woman .. Trip.com rose to the occasion and returned our money after reporting the fact, but it wasn't the hotel that did it. Such a chain should take such things on its shoulders, especially since we would like to use them in the future .. I booked the double tree Hilton hotel while I was at the reception .. it's a pity that with such behavior of the staff and such a fact of cancellation in my eyes it lost a lot.
