Great central place to stay, staff go out there way to help you.Rooms are spaceous and clean (28).we took breakfast and nanged something different every day. Would definitely come back here to stay. Lift us avaliable to all floors,24 hour reception as well.

We stayed here on the first leg of our Europe trip. I rate it a 3 because it was perfectly average. Not above average by any means, but also acceptable standards. The staff did not go above and beyond to assist with anything, nor were they terrible either. We arrived in the middle of the day and were unable to check in, and were left to keep our bags at reception for several hours since we didn’t have a room. A big plus to this hotel is that it was walking distance from Old town and pretty much everything to do in Krakow you could get to easily by walking. There was more than one morning that we did try and obtain breakfast as we were going on day trips prior to breakfast starting and they were unable to accommodate us, which was frustrating for us. Make sure you notify them asap if you are going to be gone before breakfast in case they can provide you with a to-go bag, because they were unable to do so for us. All in all, the hotel is quiet and clean, nothing above and beyond but meets the needs for the traveler looking to explore Old Town.

Well, from the moment we walked in , we were pleasantly surprised, as we had read a few reviews complaining about certain things...... Went with an open mind .. BED sooooo comfy, (a little noisy lol) sorry downstairs neighbours it creaked every time we moved... PILLOW, sooooooo comfy. BATH!! WELL, WHAT CAN I SAY ... this was a new experience. We enjoyed Could be a little more tea and coffee and maybe an extra toilet roll (as got caught out) had to get hubby to go downstairs to get more, for the receptionist to say ill get the cleaner to bring you some. While I'm stuck on the throne, haha. All in all, 5 star!! Thank you . Lovely

Nicht geeignet für ältere oder behinderte Menschen 15 Stufen vom Bürgersteig bis zur Rezeption Gut 1 km bis zum Marktplatz Kleiner Frühstücksraum, übersichtliches Buffet und sehr langsamer Kaffeautomat Keine Bar oder Minibar Kein Aufenthaltsraum Fernseher hatte nur polnische Sender Kleines Bett und Aussicht auf einen kleinen Hinterhof Nicht zu empfehlen
