Such an inviting and beautiful room. I loved the older furniture and how at home you felt there. Super easy to check in and out and had everything I needed. Great location!!

Terrible customer service!
Upon arrival at the hotel we were ‘greeted’ by a very miserable receptionist. The code for the door didn’t work and she kept rolling her eyes when we asked for help. Eventually, after a phone call to another member of staff, she realised she had told us the wrong entrance and finally we got into our room.
The room itself was clean and fairly nice. The bedding however wasn’t great. The sheets covering the mattress were 2 single sheets and didn’t even cover the bed, meaning we were sleeping on the actual bare mattress!
The location of this hotel was excellent, but we wouldn’t return due to the terrible customer service and mediocre bedding.

Nice and noisy
Nice rooms in a well restored house in the very city centre of the Old Town.
However noisy with so many tourists yelling in the night if you have an apartment towards the street.

Okay hotel
Sengen trænger til en udskiftning- de er meget slidte og ubehagelige at sove i.
1 dag var rengøringen virkelig super, 2 dag var det nærmest ikke eksisterende.
