Struttura accogliente, molto tranquilla. Posizione strategica nel quartiere ebraico, il centro è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi o con i mezzi di trasporto a poca distanza. Locali e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Staff molto disponibile.

The value for money is really good. The location is superb if you're interested more in Kacamierz but even the Old Town is just a 15-minute walk, train and main bus station 35-40 min walk, or you can catch public transport outside of the hotel. Continental breakfast was good, but not sure it will be to everyone's liking. Overall, I loved it and would stay here again

Per vivere al meglio Kraków secondo me è la zona migliore. Hotel molto pulito..in un ottima zona di Krakow nel quartiere ebraico. La receptionist fantastica signora che ti fa sentire a casa,parla un ottimo italiano ,ottima colazione abbondante…ci ritornerò! Grazie ancora .

Excellent staff, excellent breakfast and location not too bad. 20 minute walk to the Old Town. Always trams if inclement weather. We had a slight problem with noise from a nearby venue which was ok if all windows were shut! Forgot to mention a really comfy bed too

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel perché è comodo e vicino al centro. Tasti dolenti sono: il personale non parla inglese (non richiedo l'italiano ma almeno le basi di inglese), vicino c'è una discoteca che la notte suona fino verso le 4.30 (non so se è una cosa solo del fine settimana dato che abbiamo pernottato un weekend). Per il resto è nella media.

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel perchè le recensioni erano buone, peccato che la reception sia rimasta chiusa per due giorni e l'unica signora che si occupava della colazione, non parlasse l'inglese. Dopo due giorni è arrivata una signora che parlava molto bene l'italiano e ci ha aiutato a risolvere alcuni problemi. La pulizia in generale era appena sufficiente mentre la colazione era veramente ottima

Great location in the middle of Kazimierz Jewish Quarter. Walking distance to the Old Town and the Main Market Square. Friendly, polite and helpful staff. There are food trucks, cafes and supermarket in the area.
