In a five-star hotel you will be offered a choice of juices. Two! I'm not kidding! Orange and apple (where Lily got them from, I don't know). Well, yes, there is an air route nearby, so the rest will be loud. My opinion of the hotel is 2* maximum.

Nice hotel on the outskirts of Krakow. 10 minutes walk to the train station, from where 7 minutes to the airport. The room had water, a kettle, tea and coffee. Nearby, across the road - McDonald's.

Ne vaut pas un 5 étoiles! Je vais au bar de l’hôtel, pas de belvédère, pas de Coca-Cola, alors je prends jus de pomme, et je retrouve un morceau de je ne sais quoi dans le fond du verre! Pris une formule demi pension, tout les jours de mon séjour j’ai du faire aller retour restaurant -réception pour montrer mon mécontentement du fait qu’il ne sache pas que j’ai payer une demi pension! La demi pension il n’y avait que une entrée et un plat imposé, pas de choix, pas de dessert. Pas d’accès au spa, pas de nutella le matin. Dans la chambre une chaleur malgré la Clim, obligé de dormir la fenêtre ouverte! Si j’avais su tout ça avant je n’aurai pas payer un smic pour ce séjour ici.

Don’t bother booking this hotel if you visit krakow- 20 minute drive from the centre so constantly getting Ubers. The room looked like it was decorated 60 years ago and was very run down and old, the bathroom had no free to use soap or shampoo and the ‘mini bar’ stated was empty with only 2 bottles of sparkling water on top. The spa isn’t open and from what I’ve read isn’t getting renovated and is just remaining closed. The breakfast choice was small. The only half new thing in this hotel was the bathroom. Overall, I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to any else either.

Nous avons passé 7 nuits en demi-pension pension dans cet hôtel. En lisant certains commentaires, j'appréhendais grandement. Mais finalement, belle surprise. Personnel agréable, chambres spacieuses (salle de bain un peu moins mais très correct). Petit déjeuner simple mais bon et copieux, dîner correct (une soupe et un plat, pas de dessert) Un peu loin du centre ville mais nous avions loué une voiture donc il n'y a pas eu de problème (et l emplacement est connu lors de la réservation). Très simple d accès, proche des grands axes, et parking gratuit Ça ne vaut peut être pas un 5 étoiles mais hôtel bien mieux que beaucoup de 3 étoiles français. Les 5 étoiles proches du centre historique sont certainement beaucoup mieux, mais 3x plus cher....
