The location is good, walkable to tram stations and city centre. The hotel is well maintained. Service is also good. Just one thing, the pillows are super uncomfortable. We complained but the hotel doesn't have any different pillows.

This review is about two take-out breakfasts. I originally booked breakfasts with breakfast included, but after booking, when I planned the specific itinerary, I found that I had to leave early one day for a day trip and catch a flight the next day, so I didn't have time to enjoy breakfast at the hotel. I canceled the breakfast fee through Ctrip. At first, Ctrip customer service said that it was coordinated and the money was refunded, but the day before check-in, I received an email from Ctrip saying that the hotel did not agree to refund, but could provide breakfast (once I packed sandwiches, and once I asked the kitchen to make hot pancakes). OK. Next time I book, I must plan carefully.

The location is a little away from the old town of Krakow. But there is a tram stop right outside the door. The furnishings of the small hotel are very elegant and high quality in the Art Deco style. The standard room is relatively small though. Great double bed with thick mattress and lots of pillows. Kettle and capsule coffee. Breakfast is a mixture of buffet, individually prepared dishes and a well-stocked cake stand. Overall, highly recommended...!!!

Not bad, the service attitude is good. Krakow prices are relatively low. The room has a skylight. I was given a top floor. The breakfast is OK. I stayed for two days.

The Crown Handwritten Collection hotel in Krakow impressed me with its excellent location, just a 10-minute walk from the old town. It is a wonderful boutique hotel that exudes charm and elegance. The breakfast was a true masterpiece, a successful mix of a tiered stand, a buffet and a first-class à la carte service. This culinary variety made the morning a special experience. An all-round successful stay in an enchanting setting.

Best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. Stunning rooms, staff really helpful, just an overall great stay. A short walk into the town centre. Loads of bars and places to eat on the way down. I would highly recommend this hotel and krakow, beautiful place and loads to do

This is an amazing hotel. We were upgraded to a corner suite which was massive and so modern, clean and beautiful. The location is good. The only issue was parking as the hotel has none. 24 hour reception who were very helpful. For the price this place is fantastic. Will definitely be back.

This hotel really lived up to the few reviews and photos I had seen. The rooms are beautiful and exceptionally clean, lots of attention to detail. The rooms are quiet and done to a very high standard, even down to having a choice of pillows based on your sleeping needs, e.g anti snoring pillows. We chose to have breakfast both mornings and were not disappointed. Again, there is such attention to detail, all food is delicious and there is such a variety of choices. The main centre is about a 10 minute journey on the tram which is very easy to use and there is a tram stop 2 minutes from the hotel. We would definitely book here again if visiting Krakow again.

My favorite hotel in Cracow/Krakow. This time we got an apartment. It was an extraordinary and unexpected gift from manager. The hotel itself has gorgeous design but the apartment is unforgettable - just see pictures. However, pasta at the restaurant was very average - relatively cold and overcooked - for sure not the way it was served during the dinner few months ago. My scrambled eggs on the breakfast was not the way I ordered - soft/semi-fluid should be soft. The way the breakfast is served looks good but is time consuming, besides most of served ingredients were not my favorite. In case of white cheese; the better idea is to add dill instead of chives - some of the guests have to go directly to work.

Stayed here with some friends for our trip to Krakow Christmas market in December 2023. Hotel was gorgeous & modern, beautiful interior! Staff were all friendly & helpful Was a great location with a 10-15 minute walk into the main square Would 100% stay here again if we come back to Krakow! Thank you
