The hotel is in a good location, with a big shopping mall next to it. The old town can be reached by foot. It is clean and hygienic. I would like to remind my Chinese compatriots that it is natural that there is no toothpaste, toothbrush, or slippers, but I didn't expect that there is no comb. Then mineral water is only available on the first day, and you have to pay 5 zlotys per bottle of water in the following days. There is also a charge of 100 zlotys for early check-in.

Very cost-effective hotel with convenient parking and large rooms. After staying in Europe for so long, this is the first time I have encountered a hotel with slippers at this price. The hotel breakfast is also very good!

Just an amazing hotel for veeeery reasonable price. Location is not great, really nothing around, but it’s green and peaceful. Will recommend to stay in this hotel if you prefer to stay near the station. Booked this hotel because it’s near the train station. Opposite the hotel is a mall. This hotel is not in the old town but you can walk. The bed is very comfortable. No amenities are provided except shampoo. Toilet roll quality is low. Breakfast: In europe , the breakfast is good with few western food selections such like eggs, bacon, baked beans and sausages. There is a section on salad and cereal. The breakfast comes with a lot of drinks selection. Service is good.

A bit out of town but a nice hotel. Service was great, we had an executive room and the executive lounge was outstanding for breakfast and a drink in the evening before heading into town. I’d really recommend this hotel as long as you don’t mind the walk or text into town.

Hotel at the highest level. You can feel 5 stars. Very nice service, everything can be arranged additionally. Breakfast is mega tasty and very diverse. Everyone will definitely find something for themselves. Plus location. The hotel is located right next to Wawel Castle, so everything is close. I recommend it
