Among the hotels we have experienced in Thailand within this price range, this one stands out. The spacious, well-lit room, along with the excellent pool and services, were noteworthy. However, we did find the bed to be somewhat firm.

The hotel is lovely and service was pretty good, but not perfect. We were a little annoyed we couldn’t check in early and several others had. The previous guests left early, so they could have accommodated and early check in, but didn’t. It’s not a hill to die on, but small things. Overall pool, restaurant and room were great. Bed was not as comfy as other places, but still good and very spacious room with lovely balcony and shower. The breakfast was great. Lots of options! I would recommend and stay again. It’s a bit far from ao nang beach, but we stayed knowing we wouldn’t be leaving as we had already done islands and beaches.

We lived in Honey Suite. The hotel has very good hardware like my room in which we can see the cliff, roof pool that can see the sunset and cliff, a flower-shape pool on the ground etc. Staff speak good English. But I wanna tell the management that your service wastes your good facilities.
1. Roof pool opens from 10.00am to 6.00pm, the best time for non-Westerners who don't want the strong sun is not opened, we cannot go before 10.00am and after 6.00pm, it seems that you just don't want to serve the customers. Even the G/F pool, it opens after 8.00am, it blocks those who want a morning swim before breakfast. And the roof pool chairs don't have umbrella to block the strong sun.
2. Honey Suite should have bathrobe, but if I don't call the reception, they don't provide.
3. Breakfast : a. The chefs who make omelet hide behind all the time to avoid the customers to call them to make eggs, when they make eggs, very slow
b. The yellow peppers are completely covered by green and red peppers for 2 days I stayed, it seems that they don't want the customers to get more expensive yellow
peppers.

It was all okay. Family rooms could be a little bit cleaner as there was dust on top of the bunk beds and its mean for kids to chill and sleep there
