I visited K-Bunk this week and I was disgusted by one of the female reps. She made myself and 3 of my friends (all girls) feel incredibly uncomfortable and intimidated. We were being drawn looks and eyed up and down the entire time, but what was even worse, is we could see her demeanour was also intimidating fellow staff. I witnessed one of them walking off in tears, but yet she still managed to smile at us as she walked past. I would not visit again purely because of how judgemental this woman was, which is a shame as the place was lovely - we ended up leaving after one drink and wouldn’t return..

Lovely place with a lovely atmosphere! Amazing social areas too! Taylor, one of the reps, was especially lovely and so much fun on the pub crawl! She made sure I was always safe (as I was on crutches) and that we were all having a good time ❤️❤️❤️

The only problem is that if you are not English, no one speaks to you, the staff and the reception are also made up of arrogant staff who, if you are staying for a few days, only see you as a walking banknote. This is not the spirit of a hostel. Not to be repeated.

Party of 4 from Spain. We had the best time at the new K-Bunk, with amazing activities, very clean rooms and extremely fun and nice staff that made the stay so much more memorable. Shout out to Joe Kersh and Devo for being incredible hosts!

Food is amazing and the thai staff go out of there way to help you! If you want to relax they've got a pool table and Playstation but they also organize parties which help solo traveller's out a lot, defo coming back!

Had an amazing time at K-bunk, it is a very social hostel so a great place to meet people. The rooms are clean and the beds have curtains for privacy. The staff are great at getting everyone involved in activities/pub crawls and Chris recommended some nice places to eat. Highly recommend!

Really friendly staff and really social! Met some really kind people, shower was nice however the room was SO cold with the AC and fan turned on so wear a jumper! Stayed in 14 dorm and was really good experience! The bar crawl is great fun and was clean and tidy

Sadly most of the staff was unfriendly (except one guy who showed us our dorm room) and not motivated to interact with residents or help (some even ignored the guests). Lots of the inventory (e.g. showers or dorm room beds) was broken and needed repair, but no one seemed to care. Also, it‘s one thing to set up strict rules, but the other thing is how you communicate them to the guests. We didn‘t feel welcomed and were happy when we finally left.
