Worst hotel we've been to. No elevator, no bell boy, dirty bathroom, to name a few. Pictures and descriptions here in trip.com is totally different from reality. They described it at 42 m but it's not even close to 40. The receptionist said it's trip.com's fault for posting the wrong rooms. They dont have bellboy service and didnt even proactively help us with our luggage, we had to ask them to help us! They saw us with lots of luggage but still put us in the 3rd floor knowing that the hotel does not have elevator. The place is almost empty so we dont understand why we have to be in the 3rd floor. We stayed for one week in Krabi but only stayed two days here. When we left, no one even bothered to help us with our luggage, not one of them said thank you or goodbye.they described this hotel as 4-star but it wont even pass as 1-star. The best thing that happened to us in this hotel is leaving as soon as we can!

Check-in was quick, a short questionnaire and I have the keys! Room 224 on the second floor of one of the buildings, the room is large, there were 2 bottles of water in the refrigerator, and they added every day, as well as shampoo and gel. I stayed for only 3 nights, so I did not receive a change of towels, one was enough for me for all days, considering that the room is for two and everything was in double quantity, and breakfast too. For some reason, booking for one is not provided. The bed in the room is huge, the balcony is large, on the balcony there are a couple of chairs and a table, the view was of the garden, beautiful! There is a swimming pool on the hotel grounds. Once I even swam, returning from Reily Beach, I advise everyone to go there by boat for 100 baht. Breakfasts are good, varied with several dishes, vegetables, pineapples, watermelons from fruits. The location of the hotel is the main plus when choosing, the sea is nearby, the central embankment, the evening market. I recommend it to everyone! If I fly to Krabi again, I will probably choose the Aonang bey resort hotel again!
