We stayed at the hotel for 13 nights, the choice was excellent, the beach is not far away, there is also a boat station nearby from where you can get to any other island with white sand (on average, the cost is 300 baht + 200 baht tax for the national park, you need to specify which islands it concerns). Shops and restaurants, massage parlors are all nearby.
The staff is polite, the room is clean and very nice, the only thing is that the lamps by the bed look very chic in design, but we constantly hit our heads on them 😄. Breakfasts are fresh and delicious.

tldr: don’t come if you want to sleep at night and the pool is not in the hotel!
When we entered the hotel we were greeted by not so nice lady at front desk. After that we went to our kinda smelly room. Smelled of dampness and the room was very humid. It could be better cleaned and ventilated. we decided to try and stay positive, but we were really disappointed. Next, we find out that there is no pool! in the hotel and that you have to walk a few min to another hotel. We felt scammed, as it wasn’t mentioned in the offer. As the night came, we heard extremely loud music from outside. It turned out that the hotel is located right above 5 bars playing music very loudly till morning hours… Even in sound blockers we could hear everything. The air con being so loud also didn’t help. (it was also dusty and my boyfriend is allergic to dust…)Only positive thing was breakfast which was really good, but it could be offered for longer than 10 am, since we couldn’t sleep till morning.

The balcony overlooks the street where the music plays very loudly until 02:00, then it becomes quiet. The room itself is very comfortable, the sink with a large mirror is in the room, for a girl it is very convenient.

It is close to Ao nang beach. A two star hotel at most.
You can swim in the nearby 5-star hotel pool which is its partner/sister hotel with a nice mountain view.
Service is very very poor. The first day we got a very foul smell like some animal died in the room after checking-in. The next day, we complained. When we got back, the smell was still there. The receptionist at duty did not take it seriously at first. After being a bit forceful, she came to my room with another hotel staff and tried to blame my shoes. How weird and arrogant of her.
Anyway, the other staff talked with the receptionist about the smell in thai. Then, a male staff member came and looked above the false ceiling and found something. I guess a rat or something dead which was probably rotting and was causing the awful smell.
Then they did not say anything and removed the animal without even telling us what it was or apologized for suggesting that our shoes were the reason.
Breakfast is reasonable. Not bad or good.
