The Thai Hotel seems updated, clean sheets, bed, bathroom. One perk is the fitness gym next door (hotel guests can use).
The room smelled like sewage although the bathroom was fine; The A/C is ancient. And my room 307 had no wifi signal.

Excellent location of the hotel, everything is within walking distance: the pier, cafes, shops, night markets. The room is spacious, the beds are comfortable, they cleaned every day. We stayed in this hotel for 5 days, during this time the linen was sometimes snow-white, sometimes gray and tired. For a budget hotel it is very good, but there was no safe and kettle. There is a cooler on the 1st floor, you can fill it with boiling water and make tea.
