Here's what happened. I thought this hotel was pretty good. I came back at 7pm on July 14 and found two geckos in the room. I called the hotel front desk and they sent two guys to catch them (maybe they found our waist bags on the table at that time).
We booked a yoga class at 8:30am on July 15, went out at 8:25am (confirmed that we locked the door), and came back at 10:20am to find that our bag was opened and our wallet was missing. There were 8,000 baht and two of our IDs in it.
The most outrageous thing was that we went to check the surveillance (there are pictures as evidence), and it happened that at 7:29am, the surveillance was bent down to the floor (the hotel staff said it was bent by a squirrel), and then at 12:00 it was bent back by the patrolman! (If it weren't for this surveillance, I would have always thought that our wallet was misplaced and couldn't be found)
Well, in the end, it was a one-day trip to the police station, and I reported the case and received a receipt, telling me that if I wanted to go to the hotel for inspection, I would need to stay in Thailand for a week.
Fortunately, the money is not much and the ID card has been reported lost, so let's leave it at that🤦♂️

The hotel is located on a quiet beach with its own private beach. The beach is soft and the wind is calm, which is suitable for taking babies to dig sand and play in the water. There are jellyfish and crabs on the beach. Very satisfied with the hotel. Suitable for a quiet holiday.
