This hotel needs more cleaning than repair! The bathroom is very dirty! (You can't even convey it from the photo) After the first breakfast, one family member had digestive problems.

The hotel is large with many rooms, but because of its age, the room facilities are very old, but it is well maintained. The hotel has two swimming pools, suitable for family outings with children. The hotel breakfast is also good. You can eat by the sea with the sea breeze, which is very comfortable. There is a popular Thai restaurant KoDam near the hotel, which is a 10-minute walk away. Lovely hotel, right on a beautiful beach. Staff are super attentive and kind. It does look a little run down in some areas but the rooms are nice, spacious and clean. Service by the pool could be a little bit better but it does not ruin your holiday or time spent there.
The central location allows for trips out to restaurants, spas etc if you feel for a change of scenery. A lot of day trip companies has this hotel as a possible pick up point.

The hotel has the worst service. The room and toilet need serious upgrading. The picture on the website is deceiving . I had to change the room 3 times . The reception staff was so rude and told me that they are a 3-star hotel .
I purchased a luxury pool room and paid so much, but the room was so bad , especially the toilet . The mirror was rusted , floors were dirty, and electrical equipment was not working
