Outstanding service, 5-star breakfast. Stayed in deluxe room and it was big and very comfortable. Very good pool area with happy hour in the afternoon. Every request and demand were immediately fulfilled.

I came here once during the Chinese New Year holiday and felt that the hotel service and breakfast were very good. This time I saw that the room rate was discounted and came here again for vacation. I didn't expect the breakfast to be so disappointing. The watermelon was bad, and there was not even a boiled egg. The bread can be said to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The key is the drinks ordered by the swimming pool. The drink list says 120 baht, but the actual charge is 140 baht. They also made up a story about the difference between juice and milkshake, but it actually says 120. The check-in time is after 3 pm and the check-out time must be 12 pm without any negotiation. It was a very bad stay.

Gorgeous, huge and beautiful room!
