The hotel is nearly two kilometers away from Ao Nang Beach. There is a shuttle bus to the beach. The environment is quiet and it is quite old. The service is standardized and kind. The room is clean and the breakfast is average. It is suitable for vacation and leisure mode.

I booked three hotels for this trip to Thailand, each of which costs more than 2k per night. Ban Sai is not the most expensive, but it is the one with the best experience. It made a strong impression on my trip to Thailand. Our whole family praised it unanimously. Parent-child travel is really highly recommended. First of all, the service attitude is really good, and it feels like home. Soon after booking the hotel, I received an email from the hotel, which was very considerate. The child was seasick after returning from the sea, and all the waiters came to help take care of him, wiped the child's face with a towel, and applied medicine. I was really moved. Secondly, the environment is really beautiful. The most distinctive thing is the big lizard. The children feed them while eating breakfast every morning, and they love it very much. If I have to say a disadvantage, it is a bit far from Ao Nang Beach, nearly 20 minutes walk, but the hotel has a tuk-tuk shuttle. But this has contributed to its advantages, quietness. Ao Nang is too noisy, and the elderly with children will definitely not sleep well. In short, five-star praise.

I was fed up with the hustle and bustle of Ao Nang Beach, the cigarette smoke, and the smell of the drainage, so this location was calming and relaxing. The room was clean and spacious, probably because it had just been renovated. Two bottles of water were replenished every day, but for some reason on the last day they were bottled instead of plastic bottles. Bed sheets and towels were not changed unless you asked. Even though they say it's eco-friendly, we pay a high price, so I wish they would create a lower-priced plan like in Japan if we don't need to change the bed sheets and towels. The low water pressure in the shower and the inability to flush toilet paper are common to most hotels in Krabi, so I did not include them in the evaluation. I have only one complaint. The service and content of the breakfast restaurant are poor. There are several floor staff, but they are not able to keep up with the morning rush. There is a small buffet and made to order food, but I had to wait more than 30 minutes from ordering. Even when I complained to three staff members that the food had not arrived yet, the food arrived first for customers who came later, so it was a mess. The food itself was simple, just bruschetta with pre-made avocado and salsa sauce. The roti was also oily and disappointing. The omelette sometimes had the cheese I ordered and sometimes didn't. The fruit at the buffet corner was the same every day for three nights. No oranges or mangoes. Quite disappointing. Well, it's not a 5-star hotel, so I guess it's within the realms of acceptability.

When I arrived at the hotel, the staff greeted me kindly. I took a cart to the accommodation. There was a shuttle to Ao Nang Beach. The accommodation was located a little bit away from the road.
