Perfect escape from the crowds. Surrounded by nature, yet close enough to everything. Loved waking up to birds and mountain views! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful.

A super nice hotel, super friendly, kind, and helpful staff, and excellent breakfast. The room was lovely and large with spectacular views, all surrounded by nature. We really enjoyed our stay. They help plan outings and take you to the beach, which is a bit far away. I highly recommend it!

I have stayed at Ban Sainai twice and I have to give it a 5-star rating!
Ao Nang is a quiet place in the bustling city, about 2 kilometers away from Ao Nang Beach. The hotel can provide free shuttle tuktuk, or you can rent a motorcycle from the motorcycle shop near the hotel, which makes it convenient to go anywhere. And it's very close to Jungle kitchen and boat noodle shop!
Each room in the hotel is independent, very quiet, spacious, and well-equipped, making it very comfortable to stay in.
The hotel's swimming pool faces the cliff and has a great view. The swimming pool is big enough.
The breakfast was ok, all breakfast was served in an air-conditioned room, no bugs, great. There is also a menu. If you want to eat something like fried eggs or pancakes, you can tell the restaurant staff directly.
The staff are also very friendly and the room is cleaned promptly. It is really comfortable to stay for a few days. Recommended!

What an incredible resort! It's made even more special by the exceptionally kind staff. They really take care of you. The resort itself is a magnificent place where the jungle works its magic. A varied breakfast is available for all tastes. The tuk-tuk ride to the center is very convenient. I highly recommend it!

We stayed at the family bungalow which was spacious and clean. Surrounded of a wonderful cared jungle. The staff was always friendly and helpful what makes our stay even more comfortable. Breakfast had a plenty choice of fresh made on order. Worth mentioning is the great pool where everyone have fun in front of the stunning mountain offers a great view.
Overall a great resort with perfect value of money. We will definitely returning.
