Very bad. Maybe because I couldn't understand the rap English they spoke. The front desk rolled her eyes 15 times in the 10 minutes of checking in. There was no smile the whole time, only impatience. I made an appointment with the travel agency the next day. Because I was still in the toilet, I was delayed for a few minutes. I saw the front desk complaining to the driver and then impatiently said that our time was up (we did not exceed the driver's agreed time). When I got breakfast, I bought a few breads. The front desk repeatedly emphasized that I had to pay. I had already said that I knew it, but they kept repeating it. I maintained my quality throughout the whole process. The room was very small, and the WIFI was basically unusable, but the only gentleman at the front desk was very polite.
