Everything was fine, the staff is really nice and seems to be well trained. The listing on trip though wasn't honest or straight forward enough. We paid almost 600 more to get a breakfast for two night and all it was just a 100 baht coffee coupon for each person each night, so basically you aren't saving money here by paying for breakfast in advance. The staff was well aware of our complaint and dealt with it nicely. The check out was a little bizzare still, we were told it'll take 5 minutes but it took them 14-15 minutes, apologies are nice and all but it was just a little annoying. I loved the place but I just wish the listing was a bit clear on the app here, the information was updated.

I love this hotel so much! It has everything I want! Gym, swimming pool, games for kids and places for adults to hang out, free coffee and great staff! Great price, highly recommended!

My stay at COSI Hotel in Ao Nang, Krabi, was pleasant overall. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the beach, restaurants and shops. While the room was fairly basic and I did encounter a lizard, the staff was quick to handle it and very accommodating throughout my stay. Their friendliness and efficiency made a big difference. Although I didn’t get a chance to explore all the facilities, the hotel provides a decent budget-friendly option if you’re looking for a simple place with good service.

Location is good. Near to 7E. Easy to find tuk tuk or any transportation to Krabi Airport. Thai food and Restaurants a lot along the side.
Hotel doesnt provide toothbrush, slipper or kettle. You need to come down to main lobby to get everything. Breakfast option is not buffet but pre-order one day before as they dont have kitchen.
15 minute walk to Ao Nang. But you wont feel long bcs there is many thing to see along the way. Overall it safe to stay.
