Overall is nice, just the free coffee and chocolate machine got a lot of ants… because when I drank some and discovered at least 5-6 ants on the inside wall of the cup and I misunderstood that may be unmelted chocolate powder.. however when I see more clearly, I found that they were ants… I think I have eaten some of them😖

ดีค่ะ ห้องพักสะอาด แอบตำหนิห้องไม่เก็บเสียง เสียงลูกค้าตอนดึกๆดังเข้ามาในห้องตอนดึก และเสียงเปิดประตูตอนเช้า เสียงดังมากค่ะ ควรติดป้ายงดใช้เสียงหลังเวลาสี่ทุ่มค่ะ โดยรวมอื่นๆดีค่ะ

It's an eco + minimal hotel. Small room, small balcony, small TV, small clothes hangers, small table and chairs, no shower cap, no cotton buds, no hair dryer, no face towels, not even a tissue holder in the bathroom. One pillow per bed. The air conditioner is old and cannot be adjusted. The sound of people walking and opening and closing doors in other rooms is very loud. It's good that it's clean and new. Suitable for coming in and sleeping right away.

Great accommodation to spend a night during my trip. Nice bed and comfortable room. I did have a cockroach in my bathroom that I luckily managed to catch myself.
Within the cancellation period I had requested to shorten my stay to 1 night instead of 2 nights, for unclear reasons this was refused by the accommodation and when I came to check in they could not help me any further and they waved the problem away a bit, I did not find this very customer friendly. Fortunately this was further addressed, investigated and resolved by a customer service employee of trip.com.
