Если честно, этот отель самое большое разочарование в последней поездке ((
Отель не то чтобы не 5, это даже 3 с натягом по ряду причин:
1. Сервис и все что с ним связано- его нет. Никогда нет полотенец около бассейна- иди и проси на рецепшн. После уборки номера тебе могут не менять полотенца, поменять только часть, или вообще забыть их дать - иди и проси на рецепшн. Завтраки- на станции яйца есть только 1 повар и он постоянно кудато уходит, стой и жди, куда и зачем уходит- не понятно. Кроме улыбок сотрудников на рецепшн сложно что-то отметить хорошее.
2. Еда (завтраки) очень скудно и очень однообразно, с голоду не помрешь но и есть нечего. Также про еду, некоторые пишут в отзывах что через дорогу у отеля есть красивый сад, там выращивают специи и зелень, которые вы едите в некоторых блюдах…. Люди, о чем вы ? Просто посмотрите фото сада, приложенные к отзыву, там не то что есть нечего, его просто давно забросили.
3. Бассейн- чистка бассейна происходит НЕ ранним утром или поздним вечером, когда уже хочется искупаться кто-то чистит бассейн, возможно добавляют туда… когда начинаешь купаться, это никого не смущает - сотрудник продолжает делать свое дело.
4. Чистота - совсем не чисто, грязные и старые подушки на стульях, прожженные подстилки на столах, ну разве это 5 звезд?
Написал честный отзыв, как есть, ехать в этот отель или нет - решать вам. Сам выбирал отель по отзывам и ожидания совсем не совпали с реальностью, положительных эмоций от этого нет совсем(

首先這個度假村很少，根本就是照騙，還自稱5星，就是國內全季的水平。游泳池又少，還在遮陽傘下發現超級大一個螞蟻窩，直接嚇跑了。建議酒店去處理一下。不過對於它的價格來講還過得去。房間中規中矩。用餐方面確實性價比不高，不過出品確實可以。我的套餐包含了三餐，早餐沒有起床去吃，午餐和晚餐都試了，飲料需要另外付費，然後7%的服務費，哪怕你衹是叫一瓶水。建議直接改成3星水平可以了（還沒有全季的服務，標準和質感）而且在很偏的位置，必須叫車或者做酒店一小時一班的接駁車。

The hotel is very clean and located near the beach. Although it's quite far to walk, there is a shuttle bus for you to and fro Ao Nang Beach. Staff is also very friendly. They let us to use the spa room to shower and change up after we check out
