There are a lot of reviews on here saying pretty much what I am going to say, so I'll keep it brief! We booked this property in Krabi for two nights last last minute – so late in fact, we didn't even have time to ensure breakfast was included (it wasn't, the restaurant was closed at this time). The suite we had was amazing, it's a serviced apartment rather than an actual hotel. Very spacious kitchen/living area, with cooking hobs, microwave, cutlery, plates and glasses etc, everything you need for a self-service stay. The two nice en-suite bedrooms were also comfortable, and the (rather basic) showers worked (there's also a bathtub). Finally, a huge patio/balcony offers space for sunlounging/parties etc. We did not have ANY of the problems I'm seeing people mention here. The place could do with updating and renovating, and yes the linens could have been newer, but at this price perfectly acceptable and it was a very nice stay. No breakfast included or even a restaurant/bar was a bit of a bummer, but again, it's not a hotel and there are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. My one criticism would be that the guy from Pelican who we had been communicating with, who met us at the property on arrival, promptly disappeared and did not subsequently answer any of our queries. But we were able to find housekeeping and get everything we needed. Overall great place but yes updating and renovating is called for.
