Everything was good until we asked for pool and resto invoice. The total was twice bigger than should be, about 9500 tbt. Husband went for exchange and came back, asked invoice again, it was new but also for 9.500 tbt. He asked for signed checks then, as it was suspiciously bigger than he expected.
The personal on reception went for discussion and research after which they braught another invoice for about 5.000 tbt.
Both invoices were with our room number, no explanation how it happened didn't follow.
Just be careful and check your invoices there.
The rest is ok in this hotel.

I liked the hotel, clean cozy room, very beautiful view of the mountains. (We took a room with a view of the pool, floor 6). It's a 10-15 minute walk to the sea, overall not far, convenient.
Breakfasts are excellent, I liked them! Buffet style. They give beach towels and towels for the pool. There are many local establishments nearby, 7/11 is not far. At night, a market opens nearby. Mango sticks rice there are excellent (80 baht), but we got poisoned by salmon, be careful.
The pool is excellent, there are free sun loungers, even despite the high occupancy of the hotel.
Daily cleaning, good.

This was my second visit to Krabi.
I would like to recommend this place because everything was good except for the humid room.
There is a new night market in front of the hotel, but you don't have to go to the landmark. Because of that, you can hear music until late at night.
I looked through the tourist products linked to the hotel and found that they were operating at a very reasonable price. Among them, I recommend the kayak tour and rental car.
In particular, the rental car was very cheap compared to renting it through a tour agency in Korea because the staff actively helped with the agency.
The breakfast menu does not change, but it was delicious and I had omelette and chicken rice noodles for 4 out of 5 nights. If you order the rice noodles sen lek ka, they give you thin noodles, and if you order the sen ya ka, they give you wide noodles. If you add a little chili vinegar and chili powder right in front, you can have a hangover cure.
I will visit again next time I visit Krabi.

I really liked the hotel. It is located a little away from the noisy street, which gives this place privacy. Great view of the cliff. The staff performs their duties at a high level. Breakfasts are good. The hotel application works without complaints. I can definitely recommend it.

The hotel is good. Breakfasts are great. We arrived in the evening, a family with 5 children, we were checked into a connecting room. But... The view from the window instead of a cliff was of a power plant!!! This is of course trash!!! You go out onto the balcony and everything is buzzing!!! How do they even make rooms like this!!!

Excellent hotel staff very friendly and professional. They noticed from my passport that the 2nd day was my birthday. When I came up from the pool late afternoon there was a birthday cake in the fridge. Very nice touch and excellent attention to detail. The food was great and breakfast had plenty of choice. Highly recommend.
