真的是道德缺失的酒店。我在泳池游泳時被俄羅斯人用酒店出租的電動小遊艇撞傷了，這種電動的小遊艇本來是在廣闊的大海里用的，酒店為了賺錢（半小時租用不同規格300-700泰銖）竟然允許在泳池使用而且沒有劃出特定區域所以很容易和正常游泳者相撞。我被撞傷肇事者和酒店都是有責任的。但是酒店和肇事者拒不賠償，我們報警了警察也要求按醫生的診斷由他們雙方付醫葯費。醫生要求做X光檢查但俄羅斯肇事者和酒店不付，無奈我們又找警察但是酒店陪同的前台經理竟然將肇事者放跑了！警察要求第二天三方到警局當時放跑俄羅斯人的前台經理也同意説會配合。但是我們第二天一直從早等到晚上酒店的人和肇事者拒不出現，我們也很無奈於是再次聯繫警察，警察説因為這沒到犯罪的程度也不能通緝那個俄羅斯人也不能強制要求酒店賠償。所以我們無可奈何自認倒黴。發生了事情酒店沒有反悔不道歉更談不上賠償而且態度蠻橫，第一天的那位陪同的前台經理就是那位放跑俄羅斯的人第二天就消失了，酒店前台集體説他休假可是前一天他明明答應警察一起叫上俄羅斯人去警局的。當晚我疼的厲害問前台一個叫J***S的男員工是否可安排一部車去醫院令人吃驚的是他態度非常惡劣的拒絕，你可以拒絕但是為何不能客氣的説話為何如此兇狠的講話為什麼明明酒店做錯事了還理直氣壯！警察也拿酒店和俄羅斯肇事者沒辦法！！嚴重懷疑這酒店有黑道背景為何聯合大鵝欺負中國人？為何對警察的指示都置之不理？連警察的話都不聽都敢拒絕的酒店大家想想住這裡會安全嗎？？？而且這酒店主打一個潮濕難耐房屋舊床品破爛不堪。這件事攜程也全程瞭解了請攜程出面替消費者討回公道！

Good service for front office but service at the pool bar is not so good. All the facilities in the hotel, pool bar is good just need the staff have more friendly, smile then will make your hotel is perfect.

If you're just choosing a temporary stay, I think it's okay, but if you're on vacation, I wouldn't recommend it. The facilities are very complete and the breakfast is very good, but the soundproofing in the room is terrible! Too bad! Too bad!

離奧南海灘走路大概15分鐘，酒店門口有幾家小飯館最後一家不錯，走到主路需要兩分鐘對面有711和各種飯館。早餐還可以但都是歐美口味。游泳池有個小滑梯，還有個小酒吧，和餐廳 服務很好。
