The hotel location is good, close to the city center. The room is clean and the size is big, it also has a balcony with a mountain view. The breakfast menu is very limited, mostly rice dishes. It'd be nice for their breakfast set to feature more breakfast items. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We had to change three rooms because of the dust that accumulates at the entrance and makes it stale.
The second room was no better.
The third room was upgraded, lol. It's still the same. The entrance was disgusting compared to the photos other people sent. I had to ask if there was a problem.
FURTHERMORE, NO SHAMPOO, NO SHOWER GEL IN THE SHOWER. THE DEVICE IS DEFECTIVE ON ALL THREE.
AND FINALLY, I TOLD THEM THE NEXT DAY THAT THEY ARE HIDING BEHIND THE POLICY OF "WE CAN'T REFUND YOU." OK.
AND JUST A MOUSE, AND THEN BLA BLA. ENTER.
SO ABSOLUTELY NOT COMMERCIAL AT ALL. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IN MY 124 HOTELS, BOTH FAMILY AND PROFESSIONAL, AND THE 8TH IN THAILAND, I'M NOT TALKING ABOUT THE ISLANDS. I absolutely do not recommend it for people who are allergic to dust mites because, luckily, I had my cravings for Amélie. I had to double my back with a terrible night of itching all over my body. Anyway, no, I absolutely do not recommend it.

The staff here are great! The room is clean and tidy. The location is close to many restaurants and a short walk from the market but it's nice because you can come back here to relax and unwind. 7/11 is right next door and there's also a pharmacy which is a big help! Most tours will pick you up from the hotel.
