Excellent value for money, beautiful view, friendly hosts, restaurant within 5 minutes walk with bean bags.
Very loud music at night though but this is a Phi Phi island so if you are not a party animal bringing ear plugs will benefit you.

The room was very clean. It seems to have just been rebuilt.
I stayed in room 301, but the outlet next to the bed was useless. There must have been something stuck in it, because it wouldn't plug in at all, and even when it did, there was no electricity. They should fix it soon.
The toilet was noisy. Every time the toilet was flushed on the floor above, there was a gurgling noise.
