Hotel with a good location, close to the beach. The facilities are poorly maintained, some even abandoned. The rooms are spacious but extremely damp, leaving a lingering smell and even soaking clothes. The service is good; they have a golf cart that takes guests up and down the stairs, as the hotel is on a steep slope (great in case of a tsunami). The reception desk works well. We called to have our pillows changed upon arrival (they smelled bad due to the dampness) and had no problems. The breakfast was very basic. The infinity pool was spectacular for its views but poorly maintained (cloudy water, the spotlights inside were green due to algae).

Balcony view from every Deluxe room is quite different, depending on which building you are assigned to during check in. Some face the smaller pool, some have distant sea view, some face small shrubs while some face tree branches and the worst are those that face a brown stagnant pond. So despite the Deluxe room description in Trip.com stating "seaview", you need good luck to get this view (only a few Deluxe rooms on the upper floors have sea-view in reality).
A lot of squirrels in the hotel arounds and they are often bold enough to jump onto the balconies and hand railings - make sure you keep all your doors closed!
Location is excellent - close to everywhere you would tend to go to: main street for food and shopping, Ao Nang Beach and the long-tail boat departure points to Railay beach

The location of the hotel is ideal which is walking distance to the Ao nang beach. The waiting time for buggy service need a lot of improvement as we had to wait each time to go out from the hotel and to return to the room. The waiting time was around 5minutes to 20 minutes. As it’s close to the mountain, please expect some bugs that may be a visitor into your room.

There was no waiter after 21:00, and no one answered the phone, which was very bad. The door was locked, and the security guard was called, and it took more than an hour to solve it. The breakfast was also very bad.

This is my fifth time staying at this hotel, after the pandemic there have been many changes for the better. The hotel is very conveniently located, the boat station, shops, pharmacies, restaurants and the beach itself are within walking distance. The room has everything you need, everything is in working order. The Wi-Fi is strong enough, I even had enough for a phone call. The staff is friendly, polite! I will definitely come back again
