The Deevana Plaza Krabi Ao Nang has a great location, making it easy to explore the area. The lobby is welcoming and nicely designed, and the pool area is clean and well-maintained. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
However, there were several downsides that made the experience less enjoyable. The bathroom in our room was very old and outdated, with poor drainage that caused the shower to flood. The grout was dirty, and the bathroom itself was quite dark, making it feel uninviting.
Another issue was the cleanliness in the hallways—room service trays and leftover food were left sitting out for days without being cleared, which wasn’t pleasant to see. The hotel appears to be divided into two sections, with one part seeming much older and clearly in need of renovation.
One of the most concerning aspects was the lack of security. It was surprisingly easy for anyone not staying at the hotel to enter and go directly to the rooms, which made us feel quite unsafe.
Overall, while the location and staff were positives, the outdated facilities, cleanliness issues, and security concerns would make me think twice before staying here again.

The stay at Deevana was great! The breakfast selection was very ample snd the service by the staff were friendly. The location of the hotel is close to Ao Nang Beach area snd within a good 15 minutes walk. Recommended!

Environment: It is located in the fork of the main street. It is not as dark and scary as described on the Internet. There is a 7-11 within a 3-minute walk from the hotel.
There are many high-rated restaurants around, but the hotel’s breakfast is not very tasty. The chicken and beef are quite dry.
Service: The service staff are relatively proactive and respond quickly.

The staff was friendly, the facilities were clean, and everything was there, so it was okay. The swimming pool. It's not big, but there are several, and the depth is just right. The room isn't luxurious, but it's simple and clean, and the bathroom shower booth shows some signs of age. It's far from the main shopping street, but it's quiet for a family trip, and there are convenience stores, restaurants, massage shops, tour booths, etc., so I traveled comfortably.
