Отель очень старенький, в номерах нет ни цифрового ТВ, ни USB розеток, шкафы не открываются, нет батарейки в весах. Обслуживание персонала не соответствует 5 звездам: очень долгое ожидание в полупустом ресторане, безразличие консьержа, игнорирование в баре у бассейна. На завтраках очень грязно, еду просто сваливают в тарелки. Наборы косметических принадлежностей очень и очень скромные, почти ничего нет. Во второй раз не вернусь и никому не посоветую! Хороших 3 звезды - но далеко не пять!!!

A local receptionist did not stand up to receive the reception throughout the whole process. He just listened to the situation and said sorry perfunctorily! We went to have breakfast first, and reviewed it while eating. I thought that this must not be the attitude to solve the problem. Later, we went to the lobby to find the staff again. She said that she had already reported to the superiors and asked what they wanted! It was as if we were blackmailing them. I said that as such a large group resort, it is your responsibility to solve the problem and satisfy the guests. Later, she said that she could arrange a lunch for us at the hotel. Since we were in a hurry to return, I gave them my email address and asked them to write a formal apology email and let them consider how to compensate. At that time, because the manager in charge of guest rooms was not there, the manager in charge of drinks gave us a business card and said that we would definitely give you a satisfactory answer. In fact, we did not receive any reply more than 10 days after returning to China. We sent an email and the manager said that he was on annual leave. Until now, there has been no reply. Haha, this is the so-called satisfactory reply.
