We have nothing bad to say but it was a little underwhelming in general. The rooms were quite small, the pool needs some tlc as there are many broken tiles.
We went to breakfast for 7am when it opened but they were not ready. They did eventually turn it around with some tofu and vegetable tempura and a selection of melon. We are vegan and like all other buffets we have been to everything else has meat in it and this was the only one we have been to with tofu!
Location is good with the pier just round the corner for trips to Ralay.

The location is close to the beach. The staff is nice. The price is good when the price is rising before the New Year. It is close to the pier.

The hotel room is big enough and clean. The breakfast is also OK.
But I don't like the sea in front of me. Since it is next to the pier, I don't really want to go into the sea. I really don't want to go down. It's too dirty. Every time we ride our bikes to other beaches.

The hotel is located next to the sea, the beach is not for swimming, there are large low tides. The pier from which longtails leave for the Railay East beach is within walking distance.
The room is spacious, clean, there is a hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel in the room, 3 towels for each.
Good tasty breakfasts.
Minus: the room has a view of the garden, the window actually opens onto the corridor (the passage between the rooms).
