I booked a tree house in casita greens calicut. But the property has denied me the check in. I communicated my issues to make my trip team. They helped me with the cancellation and refund but because of that i didn't go for the stay i wanted instead we went to a normal room which was not nice. This is completely the issue of make my trip. Because, due to some technical reasons the hotel didn't accept the booking but make my trip confirmed the booking which caused so much of pressure and trouble during the travel. Your app is supposed to make our trips easier. Not a complicated one. Please check your notes on my profile before sending messages like this.

Average ambience. Good breakfast. Staffs not professional, even though behavior was ok. They keep very strict on check out timings.
