Die Lage einfach nur schön! Das Essen vegetarisch vom Feinsten in altem japanischen Stil serviert. Möglichkeit an der buddhistischen Morgenmeditation teilzunehmen. Ein Ort zum Innehalten, Runterkommen und Ruhe finden!

The monastery was really nice. The room was big and with a balcony . Meals were good, lots of small dishes, tasty food. Onsens were good, there are 2 different options. I had a great experience.

This is a very "interesting" temple hotel. They actually treat us differently in a Buddhist holy place. In short, there is no need to spend money to find it unpleasant. This unpleasantness starts from stepping into that beautiful entrance. There were four of us in our group and we brought four suitcases. After checking in, we were told to carry the suitcases to the room by ourselves. We thought that we had to do it ourselves in temple hotels, so we thought, forget it. But two of them were really heavy, so we asked the boy at the front desk for help. He was very hesitant and kept saying that you can push it yourself. I said, "Help us carry it up the high steps." He continued to say that you can push it yourself, and I said, "Lift please." He helped us carry it reluctantly. Until we walked to the hotel room, we encountered two flights of stairs, a total of nearly 30 steps. We also struggled to do it ourselves. The next day, we checked out and prepared to carry the suitcases down by ourselves, but found that the staff helped other guests' 20-inch small suitcases to the front desk. Any normal person would feel that they were treated differently. I went to the front desk and asked the girl if she could help take the suitcases from the room, and she said, "You can do it yourself." I asked why the two guests' small suitcases were taken by someone, and one of them was a boy. I don't understand why you have different services for different guests. Then she helped me to ask the male staff to carry the luggage. She didn't say anything sorry the whole time. By the way, this girl was the one who let us push the luggage to the room on the first day. After picking up the luggage, I asked another new face girl (whose English was better), "Excuse me, will you take the guests' luggage to the room?" She said that they usually do. Then I asked why we didn't do it yesterday. So she began to explain that if we arrived before 3 o'clock, there would be too much luggage at the front desk and they couldn't put it in, so they would take it to the room. But we arrived after 5 o'clock, so we took it ourselves. The two guests in the morning were very special, so we helped them, and we helped you too. After listening to it, I felt that this was too much nonsense. Seeing the evaluation of a foreign guest on their Google map, I couldn't agree more: This is just a temple hotel without the spirit of Buddhism. Of course, the landscaping in the courtyard is very beautiful! This cannot be denied. The carbonic acid hot spring is also very comfortable. Breakfast and dinner are very ceremonial with separate rooms. Except for the front desk staff, the attitude is very good. The guy introduced the dinner very carefully and seriously, and I like him. But the front desk is really the image of a hotel. I won't come again after this incident.
