Irresponsible staff and irresponsible hotel im direct booking that waste hotel reception boy pickup my call and conform my booking 23 /07/ 2o'clock early morning im reached that hotel Reception boy search my booking but not found he told your name not registered im inform two time im call and conform my booking he told me im night shift.booking taken morning shift.that time me and my husband search and another hotel taken room.bennis inn careless and worth hotel

In that 1 Room A/c not working and another one is lot of muskitous are there complete night I am not able to sleep it is very horrible experience and in one room hot water is not came very bad experience for me and my friends

My stay at this hotel was disappointing due to poor cleanliness. The bed sheets were dirty and stained, and the room had a musty odor. Though housekeeping eventually replaced the sheets, there was no apology or urgency. For the price, I expected better standards. The overall room maintenance was also lacking. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel until they improve their hygiene and service
